ABOUT MAATIX
Business-led AI consulting, built around outcomes.
Maatix combines senior business strategy and organisational experience with practical AI governance and implementation capability.
WHY MAATIX EXISTS
AI should improve the economics of the organisation.
Maatix helps organisations move from AI interest and experimentation to measurable results. We connect commercial priorities, operational controls and workflow change so that AI investment improves the way the organisation performs.
We are not an AI software reseller. We begin with the outcome and recommend the approach the opportunity requires.
FOUNDER
Afam Edozie
Built for leaders who want an operator’s view of AI—not another technology pitch.
Over more than 30 years, Afam has built, led, invested in and chaired private and publicly listed businesses. His experience includes helping build MTN from start-up to a £10bn enterprise and Virgin Media Business from start-up to £240m, as well as serving as Chair of Courteville Business Solutions PLC and CEO of Grow Africa Venture Capital Fund.
Maatix brings that commercial and operating perspective to AI: start with the economics, make the hard choices, put the right controls in place and change how the work gets done.
HOW WE WORK
From opportunity to measurable result.
01 — Understand the business problem.
Identify the outcome that needs to improve and examine the workflows behind it.
02 — Find and prioritise the opportunity.
Compare options by economic value, AI fit, feasibility, strategic leverage and risk.
03 — Set the right controls.
Define the data boundaries, human oversight, approvals and accountability the use case requires.
04 — Redesign and implement.
Change the work, integrate the necessary technology and test it in real operating conditions.
05 — Measure and extend.
Compare the result with a baseline, improve the workflow and scale what demonstrably works.
WHAT GUIDES THE WORK
Value. Risk. Speed.
We judge progress by economic value realised, risk exposure and the time taken to reach measurable benefit.
